ที่มี can, could, may, might, must, ought to, has to, have to, be going to
เมื่อประโยค Active Voice มีกริยาช่วย (Helping Verb) เหล่านี้คือ can, could, may, might, must, ought to, has to, have to, (be) going อยู่ในประโยค Active Voice และหากต้องการจะเปลี่ยนเป็น Passive Voice ให้ทำได้ตามรูปกระสวนประโยค (Pattern) ต่อไปนี้
ประธาน + (can, could, may, might, must, ought to, has to, have to, (be) going to) + be + กริยาช่อง 3
เช่น :
Active : She can drive a car.
หล่อนสามารถขับรถได้
Passive : A car can be driven by her.
รถสามารถถูกขับได้โดยหล่อน
Active : A I may write a letter this evening.
ผมอาจจะเขียนจดหมายเย็นนี้
Passive : A letter may be written by me this evening.
จดหมายอาจจะถูกเขียนโดยผมเย็นนี้
Active : Somsak must clean a table
สมศักดิ์จะต้องทำความสะอาดโต๊ะ
Passive : A table must be cleaned by Somsak.
โต๊ะจะต้องถูกทำความสะอาดโดยสมศักดิ์
Active : You ought to meet him today.
คุณควรจะพบกับเขาวันนี้
Passive : He ought to be met by you today.
เขาควรจะถูกพบโดยคุณวันนี้
Active : I have to speak English.
ผมจะต้องพูดภาษาอังกฤษ
Passive : English has to be spoken by me.
ภาษาอังกฤษจะต้องถูกพูดโดยผม
Active : She is going to sell her house.
หล่อนจะขายบ้านของหล่อน
Passive : Her house is going to be sold by her.
บ้านของหล่อนจะถูกขายโดยหล่อน
